John Schlichenmaier, President

Throughout his career in the Triangle, John Schlichenmaier has continually demonstrated his commitment to the community. Appointed by Raleigh Mayor Charles Meeker to serve on the Tree Committee, John helped to develop a fair ordinance to conserve trees during construction and development. Because of his dedication to responsible economic growth, the Raleigh City Council appointed him to serve on the Southeast Raleigh Assembly. John is also a past president of the Durham Home Builder’s Association.
