"We were looking for a home with a rear alley garage and big front porch that was close to the street, and there are only a handful of places in the Triangle you can find that. We looked at some of the older traditional neighborhoods in Raleigh and we realized we would be buying a project, and day one we'd move in and have something to do. "The houses are wonderful, 10 foot ceilings downstairs and 9 foot upstairs, you definitely have a lot of space inside, I mean it's very wide open, as you can see. My kids loved it! I wanted to go somewhere that was close to my kids but also had a lot of amenities. The fact that Renaissance Park is close to downtown, I thought, was just a great opportunity to enjoy Raleigh."
