My new favorite house!
The first time I drove into Renaissance Park, I felt a sense of community development that would include all residents. Then I met Darla and Winstar Homes, and I knew this was the place for me, Darla's gracious and positive attitude never wavered as I frequently brought friends and family through the model houses and my future home.
Once I chose my house, I encountered the ever-pleasant and accommodating Mike, He went through the house several times with me, as I pointed out little things that needed work. He often found things I missed. I trust him completely to fix anything that pops up in the coming year.
I am home. Thank you.

This is a heartfelt "thank you" to Cindy, John, Darla, Mike and the entire Winstar Homes Team for the wonderful reception you hosted last Saturday at our Olympia Drive home. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening, Todd's cooking demonstration, receiving the award trophy, and first and foremost, the fellowship.
Getting neighbors together to meet neighbors is a creative, community building idea that sets Winstar Homes apart from the vast majority of builders. I am currently writing a book on the law and practice of planned communities and have a section in one chapter on fostering "community" in new residential developments. I added the Winstar reception to that chapter this morning.
Your homes are superbly designed, decorated and constructed. We continue to advocate the advantages of Renaissance Park and Winstar Homes to our friends and colleagues.

I have been very impressed with the level of service and the overall performance of everyone I have been in contact with in regards to Winstar Homes. From the initial sales meeting to the closing, the representatives have maintained a consistent dialog, answering questions, keeping us updated and meeting expectations.
